R12.1.3 Receivables: Customer page does not have MailStop available

With My Oracle Support article "Customer Contacts MailStop Not Available In R12 Customer Page" from note ID 1988010.1 we learn that there is a R12.1.3 code bug that creates a data issue which prevents the MailStop from showing up on the A/R Customer page.
