Exachk can report Flash Memory as not configured

Do you run Exachk frequently?  Are you always getting the latest version?  If not, then you may run across the issue reported in MOS article "Exachk Reports Storage Server Flash Memory Is Not Configured As Exadata Smart Flash Cache" from note ID 1989340.1 with a specific version of the Exachk utility.
