DBA_RECYCLEBIN Vs. RECYCLEBIN

Last year I was surprised that Oracle had a RECYCLEBIN, so this year when I started looking at this a bit more I was even more surprised that there is also a DBA_RECYCLEBIN which has even MORE items in it!  In my research, I found a bunch of documentation available for free out there so here you go:
