PeopleSoft application server does not distribute load evenly

While I do not cover PeopleSoft often, it is in our environment so I need to pay attention to the issues with it, and tonight I found the document "E-AS: Application server load not distributing evenly" on My Oracle Support via note ID 644361.1 which details under what conditions the application server loads will not get distributed due to the algorithm used by the platform.
