R12.1.3 Purchasing: Accrual report does not provide output after upgrading

I harp on getting testing suites up and running all the time, and MOS document "AP And PO Accrual Report Did Not Generate Output After Upgrade" from note ID 2003582.1 is a perfect example of why since this would have been a simple item to notice if the report was plugged into a test suite.  Visit the document to find out what patch is required to get the report working!
