R12.1.3 Receivables: Posting Execution Report does not generate after upgrade

Like most of you, I was intrigued after reading this MOS title "ARXGTR.rdf Posting Execution Report fails to regenerate" so I clicked on note ID 2010272.1 to find out this was the expected behavior after upgrading to R12.1.3 as the report is obsolete with another report taking its place.
